So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.
